DuPont™ Vertrel® XE

DuPont™ Vertrel® XE is a proprietary azeotrope of DuPont™ Vertrel® XF and ethanol. DuPont™ Vertrel® XE has zero ozone-depletion potential and low global warming potential. It is ideally suited for use in vapor degreasing equipment for cleaning, rinsing, and drying, in addition to some specialty applications. It is used to replace current hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) and perfluorocarbon (PFC) fluids in most applications.
